Who are these classes for?
Assisted living administrators and their teams
- No staff travel: Convenient virtual classes make it easier to train new and current employees. (Access to a computer with camera & microphone is required.)
- State-approved training: Help staff complete training required for their CBRF roles.

Flexible scheduling: Choose from classes offered throughout the year.
Individuals preparing for a caregiving career
- Build job-ready skills: Complete recognized training before applying for a caregiving position.
- No prior experience required: Classes are open to the public—you do not need to be employed by an assisted living provider.
- Official training record: After successful completion, your training is added to the Wisconsin Community-Based Care and Treatment Training Registry.

Family and community caregivers
- Gain practical knowledge: Learn skills that can help you care more safely and confidently for an older adult or someone with support needs.
- Open to everyone: You may enroll even when the training is not required for your job.
