ASSIST PROGRAM

Tuition Reimbursement Application

We support advanced education by reimbursing tuition costs for job-related courses through the WISH Tuition Assist Program. The courses could be for the current position you hold, or another position within WISH you'd like to attain. 

Who’s eligible: Employees with at least 1 year work history as PT, FT, casual, weekend warrior or college flex.

What’s covered: Tuition reimbursement applies to approved courses from an accredited university or technical college that enhance an employee's performance in their current job or helps them advance to another position. Courses for certifications, licenses or degrees may be eligible. 

How it works:
- Submit application to HR Director and Administrator for approval
- Complete approved course(s), attending class(es) outside of work hours.
- Get reimbursed: Submit  tuition receipt and proof of passing grade (C or better) to HR.

Commitment: Must remain employed with WISH for at least 1 year after course completion. Early departure requires repayment of reimbursements.
