Becoming a CNA is a great start to a successful, in-demand healthcare career so we offers free CNA classes. Any WISH employee in Wisconsin can take our free class and become a certified nursing assistant at no cost. Employees get paid while in class. Even if you have no experience in healthcare, you can start work with us immediately as a Resident Assistant Caregiver (RA) and earn your CNA in no time. Continue your employment with WISH in the future as you work your way up the nursing career ladder - we love to promote from within at WISH!



  • Start earning $$ now as a Resident Assistant Caregiver for seniors
