Carriage Healthcare CEO Robert Siebel Earns Pinnacle Inspiration Honor
Robert “Bob” Siebel, CEO of Carriage Healthcare Companies Inc. (CHC), has been honored as a 2025 McKnight’s Pinnacle Inspiration Award winner.
The prestigious award honors industry veterans with 20 or more years of experience who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, inspired colleagues, and made lasting positive impacts on staff and residents. It celebrates leaders who drive innovation and exemplify a visionary approach and unwavering commitment to excellence in senior care, skilled nursing, and home care.

Siebel’s career highlights, spanning over 50 years in senior care, are vast and include serving as President of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) and Chair of the Long-Term Care Advisory Committee for the Joint Commission. His industry contributions earned him the ACHCA’s Distinguished Service and Educator of the Year Award.
