Many WISH communities also offer respite care. This unique care option is ideal for caregivers who need a little time away from their loved one. Whether you have an appointment, need to do some shopping, or are in need of a well-deserved vacation, respite care provides short-term coverage. When your loved one stays in one of our communities, they receive all the care they need, enjoy a private, furnished room, and have access to all the activities and amenities enjoyed by our full-time residents.

Hospice
Care

Along with our community hospice partners, WISH provides caring and dignified end-of-life care to help patients live with as much comfort, peace, and joy as possible, through a personalized care plan uniquely designed for each patient. Our compassionate nursing teams can help manage pain or other symptoms patients may be experiencing while helping families understand and navigate this difficult time.

Our modern therapy gyms are equipped with state-of-the-art equipment designed to help improve physical health and improve mobility and independence. Highly trained therapists use personalized care plans and work closely with rehab inpatients and outpatients offering guidance on the proper use of equipment and exercises and helping each to reach the highest level of individual success.

Telehealth
Services

Telehealth at WISH communities allows residents to easily meet with their established health care provider or receive specialized, in-depth care more quickly and easily than would otherwise be possible.

Boostlingo
Services

Boostlingo is a 24/7 language interpretation service designed to eliminate language barriers between health care providers, patients, and families. Boostlingo employs professional, certified interpreters who are proficient in health care terminology and health care industry compliance requirements for privacy and security. Currently, Boostlingo can interpret over 300 languages.

Fall Risk
Program

WISH’s fall risk program uses targeted exercises, health assessments, and lifestyle coaching to help residents protect themselves long term from falls. This preemptive approach to fall reduction can help residents remain more independent, longer.
