If you or your loved one has suffered a stroke, is recovering from a surgery or illness, is in need of long-term respiratory care, or requires any type of care that must be performed by a licensed nurse at least five days per week, a stay at our skilled nursing community can offer the assistance you need. Montello Care Center is a nonprofit provider of skilled nursing and other care services, so you can be assured our primary focus is on the health and safety of the people we serve. We believe that continuing education and innovation are essential to providing quality care, and this emphasis is evident in the highly positive outcomes experienced by the people we serve.

Skilled care can include things like speech, occupational or physical therapies, wound care, respiratory therapy, IV therapy, medication management, pain management, injections, terminal illness care, care following stroke, illness, or other acute medical conditions.

Transitional
Care

When planning a return home after a major medical event, it is important to consider the transition from full-time medical care to at-home recovery. For certain events, such as a stroke, brain injury, amputation, or other life-altering surgery, skilled nursing from Montello Care Center can ease the transition from hospital to home by ensuring uninterrupted care and helping to establish new routines and navigate new abilities. Our team will work closely with you and your care system throughout the transition process. We can also recommend home health care services.
