Long-term care at Montello Care Center is person-centered focused by compassionate staff and nurses with care that promotes independence and maximizes quality of life. Personalized care plans meet individual needs over a long period of time, if not permanently, and include 24-hour care, skilled nursing and rehab therapy as needed, help with activities of daily living and memory support, all of which work together to meet both the medical and non-medical needs of our residents.
