As end of life approaches, we all want the final days to be filled with comfort, dignity, and as much joy and peace as possible. Through our community relationships with hospice providers, Fair Oaks Health Care Center can help your family and your loved one through this difficult time in our warm and soothing environment. Hospice providers and our nursing staff help manage pain and other symptoms while helping patients stay as comfortable as possible. Caregivers are also specially trained to help your family understand and navigate this difficult time, and we’re happy to coordinate counseling or psychological care as needed.
