Yes, a doctor’s order is needed. Once you have an order, we schedule an in-home assessment to discuss your needs and design a care plan just for you. Our licensed nurses, home health aides and in-home physical therapists then schedule appointments to come to your home and work with you to meet your medical or rehab therapy needs.

Our staff regularly communicates with your doctor about your care and progress so changes can be made as needed.

Remember that it’s important for our home health staff to visit you as often as your doctor ordered.
