Home health care is a service available here at Bell Tower Residence through our sister agency, Transitions At Home. Home health provides convenient and effective medical care & rehab therapy in the comfort of our residents’ homes which can mean fewer trips to doctor's office or hospital. Home health requires a doctor's order and is usually covered by Medicare or other insurance.

Although residents are welcome to choose any provider, a big advantage to Transitions At Home is that we’re all part of the same nonprofit WISH organization with the same values and goals so you know you’re getting the best care possible.
