HONOR & REMEMBERING: NAMING OPPORTUNITIES
The Bell Tower Capital Campaign offers special recognition and meaningful ways to honor loved ones through naming opportunities, including rooms, kitchen and dining areas, memorial gardens, benches, and trees and more.
Capital Campaign donors can honor loved ones and celebrate those who have positively impacted the community by dedicating a room, bench, or tree in their name. These memorial gifts preserve legacies and benefit the entire community.
Your support will help us begin urgent campaign projects, including upgrading four elevators and the call-light system, renovating neighborhood kitchens and the lobby, and replacing worn carpeting with durable vinyl flooring.

DONOR-ADVISED FUNDS
Making a gift from your Donor-Advised Fund (DAF) is a simple way to maximize your impact to Bell Tower’s Capital Campaign.
How to make this gift:
- Initiate your gift directly with your financial institution (such as Schwab, Fidelity, Vanguard) or community foundation. Have them send the check to:

IRA CHARITABLE DISTRIBUTIONS
If you are 70 ½ or older, you can direct your Required Minimum Distribution to Bell Tower. Donate from your IRA – traditional or Roth – as a one-time or recurring gift. Individuals over 70½ can donate up to $108,000 annually tax-free. Under 70½? Withdraw from your IRA, then donate post-tax to Bell Tower.
Retirement accounts are tax-exempt when left to charity therefore, 100% of your gift supports our mission.
How to make this gift:
- Funds are easily transferred to Bell Tower Residence (Federal Tax ID: 36-4016275). To initiate the transfer, contact your plan administrator and ask them to send a check directly to:

- The check must clearly state the account is an IRA, include your full name, and be completed by December 31 each year.
