The ADRC helps people make informed choices about their care and provides accurate, unbiased information on all aspects of life related to aging or living with a disability.
Coordinates the Alzheimer’s Family & Caregiver Support Program (AFCSP) on behalf of Dane County helps families care for their loved ones at home who have Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia. The program can help obtain and pay for goods and services needed to provide care at home.
