Free CNA Class

Did you know we offer FREE CNA classes for employees? Full- and part-time staff can take the class after 30 days of employment and get paid while attending. The Wisconsin state test is also free.*

Becoming a CNA is a great way to start a healthcare career. CNAs assist with vital signs, call lights, daily living activities, and support nursing staff. 

CNAs can continue up the nursing career ladder to build a successful career. We offer a tuition reimbursement program to help you meet your goals.

*Full-time & part-time staff are eligible for free class. One WI state test is paid following successful completion of class.
